Afternoon Snack Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a muffin tin with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a fluffy, white mixture.
  4. Add the margarine and yogurt and beat again.
  5. Add the flour and baking powder and beat the mix until it forms a smooth batter.
  6. Finally, add the walnuts and chocolate sprinkles and stir them in with a spoon.
  7. Place the dough in the muffin tins and bake for about 50 minutes or until they pass a toothpick test.
  8. Remove them from the oven and take them out of the tin.
