50/50 Smoothie/Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
- 1 frozen banana in chunks
- 4 strawberries
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk divided
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 teaspoons shredded unsweetened coconut divided.
- 2 tablespoons granola favorite
- banana
- First make the yogurt part by mixing the greek yogurt, honey, matcha, 1 TBS coconut milk and 1 tsp of shredded coconut until combined.
- Make the smoothie portion by blending the frozen banana, strawberries, and remaining coconut milk. You may need to add additional coconut milk, but the smoothie should stay extra thick.
- Layer the two mixtures in a bowl or cup, top with granola, remaining tsp of shredded coconut, sliced strawberries and bananas and some more honey if desired.
