50/50 Smoothie/Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

  1. First make the yogurt part by mixing the greek yogurt, honey, matcha, 1 TBS coconut milk and 1 tsp of shredded coconut until combined.
  2. Make the smoothie portion by blending the frozen banana, strawberries, and remaining coconut milk. You may need to add additional coconut milk, but the smoothie should stay extra thick.
  3. Layer the two mixtures in a bowl or cup, top with granola, remaining tsp of shredded coconut, sliced strawberries and bananas and some more honey if desired.
