Poulet Roule
- 1 3/4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 onions Salad, sliced
- 1 5/16 cups mushrooms sliced, 4oz
- 7/8 cup cheese pac roule
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- chopped parsley Freshly
- Heat the butter and oil, add the garlic and chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
- Add the roule, creme fraiche and seasoning to the pan and heat through thoroughly.
- Spoon over the chicken and garnish with the parsley. Serve immediately with new or saute potatoes and vegetables.
