Two Chocolate Cakes
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 7/8 cup cocoa powder
- 1 3/8 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- fine salt
- 2 large eggs or 3 medium-sized eggs
- 2 natural Greek yogurts
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 9/16 cup white chocolate chopped, or bar nuggets chopped with a knife
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a small rectangular pan with margarine, and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and fine salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl whisk the eggs, yogurt, and oil.
- Mix the contents of the two bowls, and whisk to a homogeneous dough.
- Add the white chocolate, and stir, without beating.
- Bake for about 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool.
- Cut into squares, and serve.
