Nancy'S Peach Pie Delight
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- peaches Fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons jello peach
- Crust: nix butter, flour, salt and pecans. nress into 9" pie plate or deep dish pan. nake at 350 F for 12 minutes, cool.
- Cream Cheese Filling:nlend together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.nFold in Cool Whip and spread on top of cooled crust.
- Fruit Filling:neel and slice enough peaches to fill crust. nprinkle lemon juice and mix well. Set aside.
- Glaze:nix in a saucepan: water, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. nook over low to medium heat until thick. nemove from heat and add jello. ntir till dissolved. Cool
- Arrange peaches on top of cheese mixture. Pour cooled glaze on top. Garnish with whipped topping.
