Spicy Chicken Strips

  1. Mix the chili, cumin, and salt. Cover the chicken with this mixture and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the chicken in a hot skillet. Set aside.
  3. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl.
  4. Mix the olive oil, lime juice and zest, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dress the lettuce with this vinaigrette.
  5. Add the chicken, sprinkle the peanuts on top, and serve.
