Christmas-Yule-Log
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 9/16 cup flour
- 10 cloves grand marnier
- 2 1/16 cups chestnut
- 15 squares dark chocolate
- 4 15/16 tablespoons butter
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 5 cloves water
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Beat 3 egg yolks. (Save whites)
- Edit your remaining whites until stiff.
- In a bowl, pour your flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Incorporate your beaten eggs and mix to a smooth paste and smooth.
- Carefully add your egg whites and mix again.
- Place baking paper on a large baking sheet. Spread to your preparation and heat 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Get out your dough from oven and peel off the treasure. Moisten lightly with a brush of Grand Marnier.
- Spread your cream over the surface of brown.
- Roll the log on the circle itself and a damp cloth. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- For the ganache:
- Meanwhile, melt your chocolate squares in a water bath. (See Tip)
- In another pan, pour 5 ounces of water and let it boil. Add to 180 g of sugar.
- Stir until the thickness. Remove from heat.
- Add your melted chocolate and the butter, stir and let cool 20 minutes.
