Til Bhugga Pinni Or Til Ke Laddoo
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup nuts Grounded, raisins:
- 1/2 cup khoa :, easily available at indian grocery stores, else use milk powder
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Dry roast the white sesame seeds on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Let it cool down and grind to make a coarse powder. If you are trying a small quantity, it can be easily crushed by hand in a mortar.
- Lightly warm up the khoa for just 2 minutes (or add milk powder) , add cardamom powder, grounded almonds, a handful of golden raisins.
- Add crushed sesame seeds and condensed milk to the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls by gently rolling this dough in your hands.
- Decorate with few roasted sesame seeds, raisins and share !!!!!
