Spinach Quiche

  1. Roll each pie crust into a 12 inch square; cut each square into 24 pieces.
  2. Shape into balls and press in miniature muffin pans, that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Cook margarine and onion over medium heat; add spinach and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; remove from heat.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; add cheese.
  6. Add egg mixture to spinach; spoon into individual pie crusts.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
