Chocolate Doughnuts With Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate

  1. Mix scalded milk with potato flakes; cool to room temperature.
  2. In separate bowl, cut shortening into the flour.
  3. To the potato flakes mixture, add sugar, yeast mixture, eggs, salt, flour mixture, and "Xocai Activ."
  4. Beat for 10 minutes.
  5. Let rise 15-30 minutes.
  6. Roll out dough and form into doughnut shapes.
  7. Fry in deep fat fryer at 375 degrees until golden brown.
