Sea Crayons - Food Reuse
- 7 ounces salmon shredded leftover, or other fish
- 4 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon greek yogurt natural
- 1 turmeric Indian Saffron
- 1 cumin powder
- 1 paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard grains
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- In a bowl, mix well the fish, coriander, egg, flour, yogurt, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of cumin powder, a pinch of paprika, mustard grains, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with high sides, or a saucepan.
- Use two teaspoons to make small cakes, and place in hot olive oil.
- Fry on both sides until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
