Sea Crayons - Food Reuse

  1. In a bowl, mix well the fish, coriander, egg, flour, yogurt, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of cumin powder, a pinch of paprika, mustard grains, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with high sides, or a saucepan.
  3. Use two teaspoons to make small cakes, and place in hot olive oil.
  4. Fry on both sides until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
