Express, No Bake Chocolate Pots De Creme With Salted Butter Caramel Sauce

  1. Boil the milk and cream in a saucepan.
  2. Put the chocolate chopped in squares in the bowl of a blender, mix.
  3. Add the boiling liquid (be careful with projections) and mix to melt the chocolate completely. Add the egg and mix again 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous cream.
  4. In each little jar, place the equivalent of a small tablespoon of caramel sauce. Then carefully pour in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Store in a cool place for 4 hours minimum.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with caramelized hazelnuts.
