Express, No Bake Chocolate Pots De Creme With Salted Butter Caramel Sauce
- 5 7/8 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 3/8 tablespoons heavy whipping cream minimum 30% fat
- 7/8 cup milk chocolate Valrhona type
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons caramel sauce salted butter
- hazelnuts Crushed caramelised
- Boil the milk and cream in a saucepan.
- Put the chocolate chopped in squares in the bowl of a blender, mix.
- Add the boiling liquid (be careful with projections) and mix to melt the chocolate completely. Add the egg and mix again 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous cream.
- In each little jar, place the equivalent of a small tablespoon of caramel sauce. Then carefully pour in the chocolate mixture.
- Store in a cool place for 4 hours minimum.
- Before serving, sprinkle with caramelized hazelnuts.
