Morning Peanut Butter & Apple Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 muffin pans or line with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Combine flours, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat brown sugar, Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter and banana in large bowl with electric mixer. Beat in eggs, egg white and milk. Beat in flour mixture with mixer on low speed just until combined. Stir in apple and cereal. Evenly spoon into prepared pans. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
