Marble Ring Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add, a little at a time, the flour, liqueur, baking powder, oil, a few drops of vanilla, and a pinch of salt..
  4. Grease and flour a ringed 24-centimeter cake pan. Pour in half of the batter.
  5. Add the chocolate and milk to the remaining half and pour over the other cake mixture.
  6. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, stir the mixture to create a marble effect.
  7. Cook on the bottom of the oven for 40 minutes. Test with a wooden skewer.
