Seafood Casserole

  1. Saute bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, onion and parsley in margarine until translucent.
  2. Add crayfish, crabmeat or shrimp; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, soup, rice and sour cream.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour in greased casserole and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Add cheeses on top last 15 minutes of baking.
