Slow Cooker Bbq Tacos With Apple & Carrot Slaw

  1. This really doesn't get any easier! Pop the steak into the slow cooker with the BBQ sauce. Set to 5-6 hours on low and let it go. When done cooking go ahead and shred the meat with tongs or a couple forks and stir in with the sauce.
  2. I find it helpful to give the meat a little chop before serving to shorten the strands and make it easier to chew.
  3. For the apple carrot slaw... Grate up the apples, carrots and red onion. Squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible. Squeeze in the lime juice, season with salt and pepper and stir in some sliced scallions.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas and fill em up with that gorgeous shredded steak and top off with some slaw! YUM!!!
