Uncle Mike'S Pepper Steak And Pasta
- 1/4 lb. spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (from jar)
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. yellow peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. green peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 plum tomato, cut into wedges (optional)
- spaghetti, cooked per directions on box and drained
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add meat and cook, stirring constantly.
- Add soy sauce and garlic and continue to stir.
- Add onions and pepper and keep stirring.
- Add tomato and cover pan for about one minute.
- Remove cover and add drained pasta.
- Stir well.
- If pasta is too dry, add more oil or soy sauce.
- Makes one serving.
