Pizza Hot Dish
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup *
- 6 oz. noodles, cooked
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 small can mushrooms
- Brown the ground beef; drain.
- Add pepper and onions and saute with the meat.
- Add soup and spices.
- Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour noodles into bottom of pan.
- Pour meat mixture over the noodles, sprinkle cheese on top, then the mushrooms.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
