Cordon Bleu That You Can Do!
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast Thin cut
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
- 1/4 pound ham
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Shredded Kerrygold Reserved
- 1/2 cup Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese Shredded Kerrygold
- 9 ounces brussel sprouts
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons garlic Kerrygold, and Herb Butter
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Place chicken in frying pan about 7 to 8 minutes on each side depending on how crispy and how thick the cuts are. You want the chicken to be golden in color.
- Melt 2 Tablespoons of Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter add flour and whisk. Add Milk and heavy cream. Continue to whisk, while adding shredded cheese a little at a time. After cheese has melted put ham in and whisk.
