Salmon And Vegetables In An Envelope
- 1 salmon steak
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 leek julienned
- 1 carrot julienned
- 3 green beans julienned
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- dill
- olive oil drizzle
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Salt and pepper the salmon to taste and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Place the julienned vegetables (you can substitute vegetables of your choice) on top of the salmon. If you do not like your vegetables al dente, saute them a bit before adding them to the envelope.
- Drizzle mustard, dill, and olive oil on top of the vegetables.
- Place another piece of aluminum foil the same size as the first one on top and seal the edges.
- Bake 12 minutes. When opening the envelope, be careful of escaping steam.
