Salmon And Vegetables In An Envelope

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Salt and pepper the salmon to taste and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Place the julienned vegetables (you can substitute vegetables of your choice) on top of the salmon. If you do not like your vegetables al dente, saute them a bit before adding them to the envelope.
  4. Drizzle mustard, dill, and olive oil on top of the vegetables.
  5. Place another piece of aluminum foil the same size as the first one on top and seal the edges.
  6. Bake 12 minutes. When opening the envelope, be careful of escaping steam.
