Parmesan Bread

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in 2 cups flour and next 7 ingredients.
  3. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 cup of flour.
  5. Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until double.
  6. Punch dough down and spoon into greased 2-quart casserole (you don't have to knead).
  7. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Cover and let rise until double.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool in casserole for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove and cool.
