Vegan Superfood Brownies

  1. Mix together water and chia seeds and place in fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour an 8x8 baking pan.
  3. Place melted butter, yogurt, and maple syrup in your mixing bowl. Once your chia seed mixture has turned into a syrup mixture add it to the bow and mix together using a paddle attachment or, if working without an electric mixer just use a large spoon.
  4. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.
  5. Spread into prepared pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
