Creamy Macaroni And Cheesey
- 1 pound elbow macaroni or whatever you prefer
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- salt
- breadcrumbs
- seasoning Additional, you may like
- Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray- set aside
- Cook your macaroni, once finished drain, rinse, and return to the pot- set aside
- In a Large Skillet:nelt 3 tbsp margarinendd 1 tbsp flour (cook until bubbly)nlowly add 3 cups milk (cook until slightly thickened)ndd 8 oz cream cheeseneason with a dash of salt and remove from heat
- Carefully pour the cream cheese in the pasta, stirring gently
- Add 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded), stirring until combined
- Pour mixture into the casserole dish and top with bread crumbs (as much to your liking)
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
