Twice Baked Potatoes With A Twist!
- 1 pound ground beef
- 5 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 mushrooms medium sized
- 1/4 white onion
- shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned.
- Add the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Turn the stove to low so the mushrooms, onions, and garlic can cook.
- Put the potatoes in the oven for about 30 min. Poke holes in the potatoes with forks then cook until all the potatoes are done.
- Once the potatoes are done cooking, take them out of the oven and cut them in half. With a spoon, hollow out the potatoes and put in a bowl. (Remember to leave enough potato around the skin to keep its shape.) Turn down the oven to 375.
- In a bowl, mash up the potatoes and mix the butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and thyme. Add in the ground beef with the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Once it is all one mixture, put everything back into the potato halves.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Put back in the oven for about 10 minutes on 375.
- All done!
