Punjabi Mutton Stew

  1. Heat oil in a pan then add onion, ginger, garlic, mutton and spices and fry for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add 2 glass of tap water and cook on low heat till meat is tender.
  3. Now evaporate water on high flame till oil separates out.
