Barbecued Orange And Turmeric Spatchcock Chicken

  1. Place chicken halves in a large shallow dish. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange, honey, oils and spices. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and chill overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat a barbecue grill or char-grill on high. Drain chicken and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning, until cooked through. Set aside to rest, loosely covered with foil, for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve chicken with arugula and potatoes.
