Dainty Rhubarb Snacks With Halva

  1. Boil the rhubarb in a small amount of water, The water amount should be just enough for the rhubarb not to burn but doesn't cover the rhubarb all together.
  2. If the rhubarb is soft, remove the pot from the heat. Strain the rhubarb and place it in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar to the rhubarb mix (add as much sugar as sweet as you want the rhubarb mix to be). Let the mix rest.
  4. Crumble up the halva.
  5. Roll the dough. Cut 5x10 little squares. Once doing so cut another square inside of the existing square. Cut just enough for the dough to rise in the oven but don't cut through the dough. This will make little baskets for the rhubarb mix.
  6. Once you have prepared the baskets add a teaspoon of halva and a tablespoon of rhubarb mix to one square.
  7. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 17 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
