Chocolate Cake With Vinegar
- 2 7/8 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/16 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 5/8 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 11/16 cups hot water
- powdered sugar
- margarine for greasing
- flour for dusting
- Grease a bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking soda. Stir well.
- Add the oil, vinegar, and hot water and beat well, until the dough is homogeneous, and starts to produce bubbles.
- Pour the batter in the cake pan, and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, unmold, and allow it to cool.
- When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
