Stovetop Apple Crisp

  1. Melt 1 1/2 Tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in nuts, oatmeal, and brown sugar, and cook until mixture begins to brown about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Wipe out skillet a bit and return it to the burner.
  2. Saute apples and raisins in 1 Tbsp butter over medium heat to soften about 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, wine, and cinnamon; simmer 2 minutes. Spoon into bowls
  3. Serve apples topped with crunchy topping. Add a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream to really top it off.
