Simple Baked Tofu

  1. Cut the tofu into medium-size pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil, sea salt and garlic.
  3. Place the tofu in the bowl and spoon the marinade over the tofu pieces.
  4. Cover and refrigerate or 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Coat a baking sheet with the rest of the coconut oil. Add the tofu to the baking sheet, in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the tofu and bake the other side until the tofu has a nice golden color.
