Cajun Fettucine
- 1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 oz. tube garlic cheese
- 6 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 pt. half and half
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- Tabasco (optional)
- Melt butter in pan and saute onion, celery and garlic.
- Add flour, cooking about 15 minutes until mixture is light tan in color.
- Add half and half; add cheese.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Add pimentos, mushrooms and seafood.
- Cook about 20 minutes.
- Mix with cooked noodles.
- Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake, uncovered at 375u0b0 for about 5 to 10 minutes until hot.
