Spaghetti With Peanut And Sesame Dressing

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then rinse under cold water and transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, combine ginger, garlic, chili, tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, red wine vinegar and honey in a blender with 1/2 cup water and puree. Toss with pasta, sesame oil, spring onions, cucumber and nuts. Serve sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
