Udang Bumbu Bali (Prawns Balinese Style)

  1. Grind all spices to make a paste except for bay leaves
  2. sautee for 3 minutes in a pan with 3 tablespoon of coconut oil and bay leaves
  3. add prawn and sautee for 5 minutes whilst stirring
  4. Add in juice of 1 lime and lemon basil leaves
  5. Serve with steamed rice
