Bulk Ko Ki (Ryan'S)

  1. Slice 1lb beef very thin and set aside - possible to find meet already sliced
  2. In a blender, puree the pear, 3 garlic cloves and 1/4 onion (sliced)
  3. In a bowl, Add 3 TBSP of the puree to the beef
  4. Add 2 TBSP soy sauce, 2 TBSP soup soy sauce, 2 TBSP sesame oil, 2 TBSP ground sesame seeds, 2 TBSP sugar, 2 TBSP corn syrup (or honey) and mix all ingredients well with the meat. (Use your hands)
  5. Add sliced scallions and sliced onions and combine with the meat/marinade mixture.
  6. Cover bowl with Saran Wrap and marinate 30 min (minimum). nvernight for best results.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. When very hot, add 1 TBSP oil to pan then add the meat and onions (not the scallions.)
  8. Saute the sliced onions with the beef, seasoning with cracked black pepper. Simmer for 3 min (till cooked through)
  9. Serve hot with rice!
