Baked Lasagna Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.
- Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 hour.
- Cook lasagna in water until soft.
- Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
- In an oblong pan, spread 1/2 cup sauce; then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, cheese and egg mixture and Mozzarella cheese until baking pan is filled.
- Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.
