Vegan Apple Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease or spray with cooking spray one 9 X 5 loaf pan.
  3. Finely chop apples.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients.
  5. Toss apples in dry ingredients.
  6. Add the wet ingredients.
  7. Mix together until smooth.
  8. Pour into pan and bake for 50 minutes to one hour until a stick inserted into the center does not have batter on it when removed.
  9. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
  10. If serving for dessert, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle warmed butterscotch sauce (about one tbs.) over the top
