Raspberries Cake (Southern Chilean Style)
- 125 butter grs of
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- salt bit of
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 milk ltr of
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- Preheat the oven 180u0b0c
- First mix the butter and sugar in a bowl until is soft. Add the eggs, flour and milk. Then the baking Powder and salt. Mix all together
- Add the mix to a round cake pan, then add the raspberries.
- Bake for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Cream: In a pot low heat add the milk 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla extract. don't stop mixing. Add the cornflour dissolve in a cup of cold milk or water. Never stop string until turns thick.
- Remove from the heat and pour over the cake, let it cold and serve with fresh raspberries and a cup of coffee
