Raspberries Cake (Southern Chilean Style)

  1. Preheat the oven 180u0b0c
  2. First mix the butter and sugar in a bowl until is soft. Add the eggs, flour and milk. Then the baking Powder and salt. Mix all together
  3. Add the mix to a round cake pan, then add the raspberries.
  4. Bake for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  5. Cream: In a pot low heat add the milk 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla extract. don't stop mixing. Add the cornflour dissolve in a cup of cold milk or water. Never stop string until turns thick.
  6. Remove from the heat and pour over the cake, let it cold and serve with fresh raspberries and a cup of coffee
