Shiitake And Portobello Mushroom Wild Rice

  1. Add the stock to a saucepan on medium heat. Add the rice and cook for 25 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the rice to the skillet and saute for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. In a bowl, add 100 grams of oil to a bowl with the chives. Mix well.
  6. Remove the chives after 5 minutes.
  7. Place the rice and drizzle with a small amount of oil.
