Kimchi Pork Bao Buns With Pulled Pork And Crispy Onions

  1. 1. Mix together paprika, chili powder, garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, salt, sugar and hot pepper paste to make dry rub.
  2. 2. Rub pork shoulder with dry rub, then rub with gochujang.
  3. 3. Roast in oven at 300u0b0F for about 41/2 hours, until tender.
  4. 4. When cool enough to handle, pull pork, allow to rest.
  5. 5. Combine the pulled pork with chopped kimchi, taste and reseason if necessary.
  6. 6. Steam bao buns for 5-7 minutes until they are hot and pliable.
