Tuna Casserole

  1. "Butter a casserole very well.
  2. Crackle up potato chips; I can't give portions, for I just use what I need.
  3. Add one can of tuna, broken into bits.
  4. Add one can of mushroom soup, and I also add enough canned milk, to make it quite wet.
  5. Grate cheese over top; season with very little salt and a little Tabasco sauce. Bake about a half hour, until nice and brown on top."
