Skinny Hamburger

  1. Combine soaked bread, ground beef, egg, carrots and paprika. Season then form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook patties for 7-9 mins, turning.
  3. Meanwhile, layer remaining ingredients on bread rolls. Mix together any leftover vegetables for a salad. Top each roll with a burger. Serve with condiments.
