Crab Stuffed Avocado

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab, tomatoes, scallions, salt, pepper and cayenne; mix until well combined.
  2. Cut the avocado in 1/2 and remove the pit. Fill the avocado with crab mixture, top with generous amounts of cheese.
  3. Place avocados on the bottom of an oval 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until avocado is soft and cheese is melted.
