Thai Style Tofu With Asparagus And Green Beans

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a work.
  2. Fry the tofu cubes until brown on all sides.Remove to a plate.
  3. Add the remaining oil, fry the shallots,garlic and kaffir lime leaves.
  4. Add the chilli powder and tomatoes to the shallots and mix well.
  5. Pour in the water to loosen up the chilli powder.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes
  7. Toss in the green beans and asparagus.
  8. Mmix in the ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy.
