Delicious And Easy Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe

  1. Cut your mushrooms, onions and garlic into smaller pieces.
  2. Fry all the three ingredients on medium heat with oil. Grind some nutmeg over it and sprinkle with black pepper, white pepper and sea salt. Also add your herbs (not too much) and your sugar.
  3. Set aside your panned mushrooms or get an another pot and on medium heat let your butter to melt and gently add your flour. Fry it together and this will create a thick paste what will work as a thickener to your soup. Bit by bit slowly add about a quarter of your chicken stock. Until you get a smooth liquid.
  4. In a blender mix your panned mushrooms and your soup base together. Leave it on for few minutes to ensure a smooth consistency.
  5. Your soup is now almost ready. Taste it and if it need any salt or flavourings add them now. Cook well and let it go over boil and afterwards let it simmer. Add remaining chicken stock and milk. If your soup is too thick add water to it.
  6. Your soup is now ready and you can decorate it as you wish with cream, yogurt, bread, basil, roasted mushrooms....
