Vodka Cream Pasta

  1. Heat the oil and butter over a medium heat in the sauce pan. Add the onion and garlic and allow to saute for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the vodka and allow to cook down for about 3 minutes. Then, add chicken stock, tomatoes and cream. Allow it bubble then reduce to simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add water to pot and bring to a boil. When boiling add pasta and allow to cook according to the box's directions.
  4. Right before the pasta is done take the sauce off the heat.
  5. Strain your pasta and add the sauce directly into the pot of penne and allow it set for a couple of minutes. Then you are ready to serve and enjoy!
