Cheddar Chive Turkey Burgers

  1. In a large bowl, combine turkey with vinegar herbs and seasonings and mix well. Form into 4-6 equal-sized patties.
  2. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on one side. Flip burgers, top with cheese, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until the juices run clear.
  3. Serve immediately on your choice of bun or bread. Slices of green apple also make a lovely addition!
