Veal Parmesan

  1. Combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  2. Dip cutlet in beaten egg, then in crumbs.
  3. Fry quickly, until golden brown. Drain.
  4. Place meat on ovenproof platter.
  5. Arrange cheese slices on each cutlet.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Saute onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil.
  8. Stir in oregano and tomato sauce.
  9. Heat to boiling, then simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Serve over meat.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
