Protein Bars

  1. Put all ingredients other than the peanut butter in a large bowl, melt peanut butter in microwave (1-2 minutes), pour over top and mix. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Press firmly and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  2. Immediately flip onto parchment or wax paper, cool for 5 minutes and slice. Don't cool any longer than 5 minutes or they will crumble when cut.
  3. Store in tightly sealed container or wrap individually in plastic wrap if they are for on the go.
