Oreo® Marble Cheesecake

  1. For base cube room temperature butter and put in bowl with sugar, beat until light in cover and fluffy. Then add in the flour and cocoa and beat into a smooth paste. Put the mixture into the spring form tin and spread evenly. Bake in oven at 190u0b0C for 20 minutes. Remove and cool.
  2. For the cheesecake mixture let the cheese come to room temperature and place in mixing bowl, beat until smooth, add sugar and beat again until well mixed, then beat in 1tsp vanilla, then add the egg and beat that in. Roughly break oreos into quarters and mix into the cheesecake mix. Melt the chocolate an a bowl over a sauce pan of simmering water. Then spoon half of the cheesecake mix onto the cooled base leaving space between each spoonful. Then mix in melted chocolate into remaining cheesecake and spoon into the gaps and mix with fork. Place into oven at 160u0b0C for 20-25 minutes. Then turn of oven leaving cheesecake in until oven is cooled. Then remove and leave on wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Put whipping cream in bowl with .5 tsp vanilla extract and whip until stiff and smooth over the whole cheesecake with a pallet knife, carefully apply oreos around edge (there should be space for 8)
  4. Enjoy!
