Peanut Butter Pie
- 8 oz. extra-crunchy peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 1 or 2 Chocolate graham cracker crusts
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- caramel syrup (optional)
- more whipped topping (optional)
- chocolate shavings (optional)
- Soften the cream cheese and peanut butter in the microwave for 30 - 60 seconds on medium and cream together thoroughly.
- Add sugar to the peanut butter mixture and mix thoroughly,
- then add whipped topping and mix thoroughly.
- Smooth into pie shell(s). Add chocolate or caramel syrup
- or more whipped topping and chocolate shavings before refrigerating.
- This makes 1 huge
- pie or 2 average pies.
